2 Ingredient Pizza Dough with Toppings

This recipe shows you how to make a scrummy pizza base with only two ingredients - FAGE Total Yoghurt and flour.

155g self raising flour
185g Fage Total Yoghurt
3 tbsp anti pasti such as griddled peppers, artichokes, courgettes
handful rocket
6 slices Proscuito

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to 200C, fan 180C, Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place the flour and yoghurt in a large bowl and with clean hands bring the mixture together to form a dough.
  3. Dust a clean surface with flour and roll out the dough using a rolling pin. Bake for 15 minutes until golden brown.
  4. Top with a selection of antipasti, Prosciutto and a sprinkle of rocket.
