Apple and Cranberry Overnight Oats

What a wonderful way to wake up in the morning - with your breakfast already prepared. This is a delicious, fruity breakfast recipe with instructions on how to make Overnight Oats.

100g FAGE Total Yoghurt
180g rolled oats
35g desiccated coconut flakes/shredded coconut
75g dried cranberries
½ tsp cinnamon
2 small apples, chopped into small pieces
2-3 tbsp honey, plus extra to serve
600ml hazelnut milk
25g pistachios

Serves 2
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Place the oats, coconut, cinnamon, cranberries, apple, honey and hazelnut milk in a large bowl and mix. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. Divide the mixture between bowls and serve with the yoghurt, pistachios and more honey if required.
