Baked White Chocolate and Blueberry Summer Tart

Buy a ready to bake tart case to save time, fill with white chocolate custard and top with blueberries.

100g FAGE Total
300g blueberries
150g white chocolate
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla essence
50ml milk
1 ready to bake tart case

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Pre-heat the oven to Gas Mark 5 / 350F / 180°C).
  2. Blind bake tart case as per manufactures instruction.
  3. Melt the chocolate in a bowl then mix in TOTAL Yoghurt, milk, eggs and vanilla essence to make a custard.
  4. Sprinkle the blueberries into the flan case and then pour the white chocolate custard over then bake in an oven for 25/30 minutes until set. Let the tart chill for two hours.
