Broccoli Quiche

As seen on TV. Our brilliant Broccoli and Brie quiche.

We love this broccoli quiche so much we wanted to shout about it on TV! Deliciously cheesy and fluffy from our FAGE Total Yoghurt it tastes just as good whether served hot or cold.

Serves 6
150g FAGE Total Yoghurt
4 eggs
1 x 320g sheet of puff pastry (can use shortcrust pasty if preferred)
200g Broccoli Florets (small)
100g Brie, chopped into small chunks
40g Parmesan
Salt & pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Preheat the oven to Gas Mark 5 / 190°C.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and the yoghurt. Add the broccoli florets and the cheese and season.
  3. Layer a 22cm fluted tart tin with the sheet of pastry. Pour over the egg and broccoli mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
