Cinnamon Tortilla Chips with Berry Yoghurt Dip

These sweet tortilla chips are perfect with a scoop of strained yoghurt berry dip. Quick and simple to make too!

Use our creamy and smooth FAGE Total to create a fruity yoghurt dip - the perfect partner to warm cinnamon tortilla triangles. It's easy to make and can be enjoyed as a snack or light dessert.

200g FAGE Total
12 corn tortillas
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp caster sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
100g strawberries, hulled and chopped
75g raspberries
1 – 2 tbsp icing sugar

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat the oven to 200°C/ 180°C Fan/ Gas Mark 6.
  2. Brush both sides of the tortillas with the oil, then cut into triangles with scissors. Arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake for 7-8 minutes.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  4. Mash the strawberries and raspberries with 1 tbsp icing sugar. Fold in the FAGE Total yoghurt keeping the mixture slightly marbled. Serve with the tortilla chips.
