Ingredients
6 tbsp. FAGE Total 0% Yoghurt
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
100g blue cheese, crumbled
2 tsp jerk seasoning
2 tbsp. olive oil
4 thick cod loin fillets
A few leaves little gem lettuce
Burger buns, lightly toasted
A few slices avocado
1 tomato, sliced

Steps
- Mix together the FAGE Total, mayonnaise and blue cheese. Chill until ready to use.
- Mix the jerk seasoning with 1 tbsp. olive oil. Coat fish in the seasoning. Heat the remaining oil in a large frying pan. Cook the fish for 5-7 mins until the edges start to colour. Turn over and cook for a further 3-4 mins.

Place some lettuce onto the bread, top with slices of avocado and tomato. Add the fish and a dollop of the blue cheese yoghurt mixture.
