Yoghurt with Sage roasted Peaches, Raspberries & Honey

Roast peaches with sage and honey and serve with a big bowl of yoghurt and raspberries.

200g FAGE Total
1 peach, chopped
2 sage leaves, chopped
1 tbsp honey
Handful of raspberries
1 tbsp pistachios, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl mix the peaches with the sage and honey. Tip onto a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
  2. Add the cooked peaches to the FAGE Total yoghurt and top with a few raspberries and a sprinkling of pistachios.
