Yoghurt, Tahini & Shallot Dip

This dip combines yoghurt with tahini and shallots. Try with warm flat bread or fresh vegetables.

Try this simple to make, middle-eastern tahini dip recipe made using smooth and creamy FAGE Total Yoghurt. It's great with warm breads, tortilla chips or chunky fresh vegetables.

Serves 4-6
200g FAGE Total
2 shallots, finely chopped
3 - 4 tbsp tahini
1 -2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
1 tbsp sesame seeds

Serves 2
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix together the shallots, FAGE Total yoghurt, tahini, 1 tbsp lemon juice and parsley. Taste and season. Add more lemon juice to taste. Spoon into a serving bowl and sprinkle with the sesame seeds. Serve with warm flatbreads.
