3 fresh ripe apricots, stoned, or 6 halves in natural juice
from a can
2 tbsp porridge oats
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp almond butter
100ml skimmed milk
Handful ice

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Whiz all of the ingredients together with a splash of water until smooth. Serve straight away or chill for up to a day.
