These little oatcakes make a perfect canape.

1 Arbroath smokie, skinned, boned & flaked into small pieces
1 tbsp dill, chopped
1 tbsp chives, chopped
Salt & pepper
1 lemon, juice
12 mini oatcakes

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix all of the ingredients together and spoon a little onto each oatcake.
  2. If you cannot source Arbroath smokie then smoked mackerel or trout are good alternatives
