Chicken, Pesto & Yoghurt Wrap

Swap mayonnaise for yoghurt in wraps and sandwiches for healthier lunches.

Turn leftovers into a healthy lunch idea with our chicken wraps. Mix pesto with Greek recipe yoghurt as an alternative to mayonnaise then roll up as a filling in flour tortillas.

150g FAGE Total
2 tbsp basil pesto
Ground black pepper
200-250g leftover roast chicken
4 flour tortillas
¼ cucumber, deseeded & cut into thin sticks
Handful of rocket

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. In a bowl, mix together the FAGE Total yoghurt and pesto, and season with black pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
  2. Divide the mixture between the tortillas and top with the cucumber and rocket. Wrap the tortillas to serve.
