50g fresh mango (why not use the pre prepared fruit available in most supermarkets)
50g mixed melon (why not use the pre prepared fruit available in most supermarkets)
75ml breakfast fruit juice i.e. orange, apple etc

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Simply blitz all the ingredients together in a food processor, Smoothie maker or with a stick blender.
  2. Serve immediately or put into a thermal cup and take it to work.
