Minted Pea Dip

Serve this minted pea dip with vegetable crudities.

This healthy mint dip is great served with salads or for dipping veg sticks. Made with FAGE Total 0% Yoghurt it's remarkably creamy and an excellent low fat alternative to mayonnaise based dips.

100g FAGE Total 0%
100g fresh or frozen garden peas
2 leaves of mint
25ml olive oil
Splash of lemon juice

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Cook the peas in boiling water, drain and then put the peas and the remaining ingredients into a food processor. Blitz to a smooth dip
  2. Serve chilled with crudities.
