Plum Fool

A quick and simple dessert using just 4 ingredients.

Ingredients

500g FAGE Total 2%

500g plums, stoned & sliced

3 tbsp agave nectar

Zest of 1 large orange 

    Steps
  1. Put the plums in a microwavable bowl, cover with clingfilm and microwave on high for 4 minutes or until soft. Leave to cool, then chill.
  2. Strain the plums, reserving the juice and mix the plums with agave nectar. Mix the yoghurt with the orange zest.
  3. Spoon alternate layers of plums and yoghurt into 4 glasses. Drizzle with a little plum juice and serve immediately.
  4. TIP: if you don't have a microwave, put plums in a lidded saucepan over a low heat for about 10 minutes until soft.
