Soft Summer Fruits with Oats & Yoghurt

A twist on the Scottish dessert Cranachan, this yoghurt, fruit and oats dish makes a great brunch or snack.

Our healthy breakfast recipe is easy to make and is good enough to be enjoyed at any time of the day! Simply mix fat free FAGE Total 0% Yoghurt, crunchy oats and sweet strawberries and raspberries.

500g FAGE Total 0%
200g raspberries
50g strawberries
50g oats

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Fold half the oats into the FAGE Total 0% Yoghurt.
  2. Place the summer fruits in a mixing bowl and crush with a potato masher until pulped.
  3. Fold loosely into the yoghurt & oats.
  4. Serve in a bowl, sprinkle with the remaining oats and garnish with whole fruits.
