Spicy Corn on the Cob

Charred, crumbed corn on the cob served with a spicy paprika and chilli FAGE Total Yoghurt side

100g FAGE Total 2% Yoghurt
50g breadcrumbs
3 tbsp. finely chopped coriander
75g Parmesan, finely grated
6 corn on the cob, husked
1 tbsp. sunflower oil
1 chilli, finely chopped
1 tsp smoked paprika
100g FAGE Total 2% Yoghurt

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Heat oven to Gas Mark 4 / 180°C. Scatter breadcrumbs onto a lined tray and bake for 5 mins. Add coriander and Parmesan and return to oven for 3-4 mins. Remove from oven and cool. Break up any large chunks.
  2. Heat a griddle pan or BBQ. Brush corn with oil and cook for 5-6 mins, turning until charred.
  3. Mix FAGE Total with chilli and paprika. Brush over the hot corn, then roll into the tray of crumbs.
