Yoghurt, Beetroot, Orange & Mint Dip

A vibrant and healthy beetroot dip. Serve with mackerel or simply with pitta and crudities.

This colourful beetroot dip has a refreshing taste to it from the mint and orange and a creaminess from the FAGE Total Yoghurt. It's great served with fish such as mackerel or simply with crudités.

Serves 2-4
250g FAGE Total
3 beetroot, cooked & peeled
Juice of ½ an orange
1 tbsp chopped mint

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Chop the beetroot very finely; add the orange juice, chopped mint and the FAGE Total yoghurt. Fold until combined.
  2. Serve with smoked mackerel, or as a dip with a selection of crudities.
