Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

150g FAGE Total Yoghurt

150ml Pomegranate juice

1 Green apple, (½ diced, ½ thinly sliced) 

150g Cherries, pitted

150g Mixed berries

1 tbsp Almond butter

½ tsp Vanilla extract

1 Large banana, sliced

2 tbsp Flaked almonds, toasted

    Steps
  1. In a blender, blend the pomegranate juice, diced apple, yoghurt, almond butter, vanilla, banana, and half of the cherries and berries.
  2. Add a handful of ice and blend until smooth.
  3. Pour into two bowls, then decorate with the remaining ingredients or your favourite toppings.
