Blueberry Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

250ml coconut milk or milk of choice
145g FAGE Total 5%, FAGE Total 2%, or FAGE Total 0%
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
1 tablespoon fresh turmeric, peeled and grated
100g frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon honey
 

    Steps
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
