Broccoli quiche


150 g FAGE Total 0% Yoghurt

4 eggs

1 x pastry

200 g broccoli florets (small)

100 g brie, chopped into small chunks

40 g grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and the yoghurt. Add the broccoli florets and the cheese, then season.
  3. Layer a 22 cm fluted tart tin with the sheet of pastry. Pour over the egg and broccoli mixture.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes and serve.
