Chantilly Cake Berry Smoothie

Ingredients

Creamy Whipped Yogurt 120 g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% 80 ml heavy cream 1½ tbsp maple syrup or agave ¼ tsp vanilla extract Shake 360 ml whole milk or milk alternative 300 g mixed frozen or fresh berries 1 medium ripe banana (about 120 g) 240 g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% 2 tbsp maple syrup ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp almond syrup or extract Ice (optional, or add if using fresh fruit) Toppings Mixed berry purée Crushed digestive biscuit 

Steps
  1. In a stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, slowly whisk yoghurt, heavy cream, maple syrup, and vanilla extract for a few seconds until the mixture comes together.
  2. Increase the speed to high and whisk for about 3-4 minutes or until soft peaks are formed. Keep refrigerated until ready to use.
  3. Use a dab of maple syrup to wet the rim of a tall glass. Dip the rim into crushed digestive biscuit.
  4. Spoon whipped yoghurt to the sides of the rimmed glasses and add a few tablespoons of the mixed berry puree to the sides of the glass.
  5. In a blender, add milk, berries, banana, yoghurt, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond syrup and blend until smooth.
  6. Pour into the prepared glasses and serve.
