Chia Parfait

Ingredients

1 small 170g pot of FAGE Total Greek yoghurt 

120 ml of milk

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

3 tablespoons maple syrup

½ mango, peeled, stoned and diced

120 g raspberries 

60 g chopped walnuts



 

    Steps
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix the yoghurt, milk, chia seeds and maple syrup until well blended.
  2. Let everything stand and chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  3. Remove the bowl from the fridge and divide the yoghurt mixture into 2 glasses. Add the mango, raspberries and walnuts.
  4. Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
