Chicken, Pesto & Greek Yoghurt Wrap

Ingredients

150g FAGE Total

2 tbsp basil pesto

Ground black pepper

200-250g leftover roast chicken

4 flour tortillas

ΒΌ cucumber, deseeded & cut into thin sticks

Handful of rocket

    Steps
  1. In a bowl, mix together the FAGE Total yoghurt and pesto, and season with black pepper. Add the chicken and toss to coat.
  2. Divide the mixture between the tortillas and top with the cucumber and rocket. Wrap the tortillas to serve.
