Chilled Macaronia ‘Greek Pasta’ with Yoghurt Curry Sauce
500g FAGE Total
800g linguine pasta or similar, cooked
4tbsp curry powder
2 red peppers
1 mango, diced
4 cloves of garlic, crushed
Chilli flakes, dry
Salt & pepper
- Brush the red pepper with oil and grill until black. Then, place in a plastic bag and seal. This will loosen the skin with steam. When cool, skin and dice.
- Mix the curry powder, mango, garlic, chilli, coriander, chives, red pepper and FAGE Total Yoghurt.
- Add the pasta and seasoning. Refrigerate then serve.
