Christmas-inspired Chocolate Mousse


Servings: 2

400g FAGE Total 0%, 2% or 5%, at room temperature

250g dark chocolate, finely chopped

100g milk

Honey (optional)

Christmas sweets and an extra scoop of fresh yoghurt for garnishing

  1. Over very low heat, place the chocolate and milk in a small saucepan and stir until completely melted.
  2. Let the mixture cool for a few minutes in a bowl. If you want you can add a little honey.
  3. Add the yogurt and, using a spatula or whisk, quickly stir the mousse until well combined.
  4. Divide the mousse into glasses and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  5. Serve it with Christmas candies and extra yogurt.
