Grapefruit, Blood Orange & Cinnamon Cheesecakes

500g FAGE Total 0%

90g nutty granola, lightly crushed

¾ tsp cinnamon

4 tbsp agave nectar

2 blood oranges, scrubbed

1 red grapefruit, scrubbed 


  1. Line a sieve or a colander with a clean j-cloth or muslin. Spoon in the FAGE Total 0%, cover, place over a bowl to chill overnight. Drain off any liquid.
  2. Mix granola with cinnamon and 1 tablespoon agave. Place 4 cooks rings on a tray, and fill each with a quarter of the granola mixture.
  3. Grate the zest from ½ orange and 1 grapefruit into a mixing bowl. Slice off the peel and pith from the fruits and cut out the segments. Squeeze the peel into a separate bowl to extract 2 tablespoons juice, add to the zest bowl with the remaining agave and strained Greek yoghurt. Mix well and spoon onto the granola base. Chill for an hour.
  4. Slide the desserts onto serving plates and remove the rings. Top with fruit and serve.
