Grilled Sardines with a Lemon & Olive Yoghurt Glaze

This is a super quick fish dish which will be ready in 15 minutes. The lemon and olive yoghurt glaze brings out the flavour of the fish.


250g FAGE Total

8 fresh sardines

1 lemon, juiced and zested

12 pitted green olives

4 egg yolks

100g mozzarella cheese, grated 

  1. Chop the olives and mix all the ingredients (except the sardines) with the FAGE Total Yoghurt to make the glaze.
  2. Grill the sardines for 3 minutes.
  3. Liberally spoon the glaze over the sardines and return to the grill.
  4. Grill until golden brown and serve.
