Grilled Sardines with a Lemon & Olive Yoghurt Glaze
This is a super quick fish dish which will be ready in 15 minutes. The lemon and olive yoghurt glaze brings out the flavour of the fish.
250g FAGE Total
8 fresh sardines
1 lemon, juiced and zested
12 pitted green olives
4 egg yolks
100g mozzarella cheese, grated
Chop the olives and mix all the ingredients (except the sardines) with the FAGE Total Yoghurt to make the glaze.
- Grill the sardines for 3 minutes.
- Liberally spoon the glaze over the sardines and return to the grill.
- Grill until golden brown and serve.
