Herb Crusted Chicken with FAGE Total Yoghurt & Garlic Sauce
100g FAGE Total
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 chicken breasts
150g mature cheddar cheese, finely grated
Fresh mixed herbs
For the sauce:
300g FAGE Total
3 garlic cloves
Drizzle of olive oil
Juice of 1 lemon
Season the chicken breasts on both sides and then seal the chicken breasts in a pan.
- Spread the yoghurt onto the chicken breasts. Mix the breadcrumbs with the cheese and the herbs and roll the chicken in this mixture.
Put the chicken in an oiled roasting tin and cook for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C / Gas Mark 4
Crush the garlic and mix with the rest of the ingredients to make a thick sauce. Serve with the chicken.
