Layered Smoothie

Ingredients

Green Smoothie

30 g fresh spinach

230 ml coconut water, plus more as needed

1 small (or ½ large) banana, fresh or frozen, cut into 2-cm chunks

165 g frozen mango chunks

85 g frozen pineapple chunks

 

“Strawberry ‘n Cherry” Smoothie

100 g frozen cherries

100 g frozen strawberries 

1 small (or ½ large) banana, fresh or frozen, cut into 1-inch chunks

230 ml almond milk, plus more as needed

80 g FAGE Total 0%

    Steps
  1. Add spinach, coconut water, and FAGE Total yohgurt to a blender. Blend until the spinach is broken down.
  2. Add in the frozen fruit and continue blending until smooth and creamy, adding more liquid as necessary until smoothie reaches desired consistency.
  3. Add all ingredients for the second smoothie to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Add more milk, as necessary, until the smoothie reaches desired smooth and creamy consistency.
  4. Pour the Green Smoothie until it fills up half of the glass. Then layer the Strawberry and Cherry Smoothie on top and enjoy!
