Macaroni Cheese with Dill & Pickled Gherkins

Classic Mac 'N' Cheese with a twist!


500g FAGE Total

240g macaroni

1 tsp English mustard

2 tbsp dill, chopped

160g cheddar cheese, grated

Salt & pepper

100g fresh bread crumbs

Sliced gherkins to garnish 

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C / 380°F / Gas Mark 6.
  2. Cook the macaroni in salted boiling water for approximately 8 – 10 minutes, until tender.
  3. Drain the macaroni and fold in the yoghurt, mustard, dill and 100g of the grated cheese. Season to taste.
  4. Put the mixture into an oven proof dish, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and the rest of the grated cheese.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
  6. Serve with sliced gherkins to garnish.
