Mini Pistachio Yoghurt Ice Cream Sandwiches
These yoghurt icecream sandwiches will definitely impress, and are easier than they look.
200g FAGE Total
200g double cream
8 sweet waffle wafer biscuits
50g pistachios, crushed
- Whisk the cream and yoghurt together until light and fluffy.
With a plain nozzle, pipe onto the waffle biscuits and sprinkle with pistachios.
- Freeze for two hours.
- To serve, place one biscuit on top of another.
