Mixed Squash & Spinach Macaroni Cheese

A twist on the classic macaroni and cheese. Throw in squash for an alternative version.


500g FAGE Total

500g squash, peeled, diced & roasted

300g macaroni, cooked

150g blue cheese, crumbled

200g baby leaf spinach, wilted

50g parmesan, grated

50g cheddar, grated

Salt & pepper

50g wholemeal breadcrumbs, toasted 

  1. Mix all of the ingredients together with the yoghurt except the toasted breadcrumbs and pour into an ovenproof dish.
  2. Bake in a preheated oven 180°C / 350°F / Gas Mark 6 for 10-15 minutes until heated through.
  3. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with the toasted golden breadcrumbs.
