Muesli bars


180 g FAGE Total yoghurt
50 ml warm water
20 g chia seeds
120 g oats
20 g puffed quinoa
80 g dried fruit mix 
15 g honey
5 g cinnamon
30 g coconut flour
30 ml coconut oil 

120 g dark chocolate
50 g Fage Total 0% yoghurt.

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, pour the yoghurt, water and chia seeds. Mix everything and leave to rest for 15 minutes.
  3. Add the dried fruit, quinoa, oats, coconut flour, cinnamon, coconut oil, and honey to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Pour the mixture into a baking tray covered with baking paper. Press down the mixture vigorously and evenly, making sure to fill the corners of the pan well.
  5. Cook for 15 minutes at 200°C and allow to cool.
  6. Topping:
    1. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie, then add the yoghurt and mix everything together.
    2. Once the muesli bar is cold, use a spatula to spread the chocolate-yoghurt cream evenly over it.
    3. Before serving the granola bars, cut the base into 3x8cm slices.
