Mug Cake


120 g FAGE Total 5% yoghurt, FAGE Total 2% yoghurt, FAGE Total 0% yoghurt
2 eggs
60 ml lemon juice
40 g maple syrup
100 g flour
16 g baking powder (= 1 sachet)
1 vanilla bean pod
20 g maple syrup

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, break the eggs and pour in the yoghurt, lemon juice, maple syrup and after cutting the bean pods crosswise, the vanilla. Then add the flour and baking powder.
  2. Mix all the ingredients well until the mixture is uniform.
  3. Fill each cup 2/3 full with batter and place in the microwave for 2 minutes at 1000W.
  4. To serve, turn the cake upside down onto a small plate and garnish with more maple syrup as desired.
