Raspberry & Chocolate Yoghurt Bowl


560 g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% 
60 g chocolate pecan granola
60 g raspberries
1 apple, peeled
Mint for garnish

  1. Place 280 g of yoghurt in each bowl.
  2. Add granola to the outer rim of each yoghurt bowl.
  3. Cut apples into 1.20 cm by 1.20 cm sticks. Round the edges of the stick with a knife to make a cylinder shape. Place a raspberry on top of each cylinder so the fruit resembles a mushroom and add to the surface of the yoghurt.
  4. Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
