60 g chocolate pecan granola
60 g raspberries
1 apple, peeled
Mint for garnish

Steps
- Place 280 g of yoghurt in each bowl.
- Add granola to the outer rim of each yoghurt bowl.
- Cut apples into 1.20 cm by 1.20 cm sticks. Round the edges of the stick with a knife to make a cylinder shape. Place a raspberry on top of each cylinder so the fruit resembles a mushroom and add to the surface of the yoghurt.
- Garnish with mint and serve immediately.
