For the smoothie:
400 g FAGE Total 5% yoghurt, FAGE Total 2% yoghurt, FAGE Total 0% yoghurt
25 g dehydrated apricots
25 g cashews
Pumpkin seeds, linseed, toasted almonds, cashews, dried fruit, dehydrated fruit and maple syrup or honey.
- Cut the pears and kiwis into cubes and place a tablespoon of fresh fruit in each bowl.
- Pour the remaining fruit, yoghurt, cashews and dehydrated apricots into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the bowl and finish the mixture with a decoration of your choice.
