Tiramisu Cake
Ingredients

2 eggs
90g sweetener
120ml seed oil
240ml milk
2 tablespoons cocoa
240g flour
1 sachet baking powder
Coffee

Toppings:
300g FAGE Total 2% yoghurt
30 sweetener 
Cocoa to taste

Steps
  1. Beat the eggs with the sweetener until light and fluffy.
  2. Now add all the liquid ingredients first, followed by the dry ingredients; mix until smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Transfer the mixture into a cake tin previously greased and floured with cocoa.
  4. Bake at 180 degrees for about 25 minutes.
  5. In the meantime, take care of the cream: combine the yoghurt with the sweetener and let it rest in the fridge.
  6. Once the base is ready, let it cool, then douse it with coffee and add the cream.
  7. Sprinkle with cocoa and you are ready to serve.
