1 avocado, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced

1 egg, fried

2 slices prosciutto

Tomato Toast

1 heirloom tomato, sliced

Peanut Butter Banana Toast

20g peanut butter or nut butter of your choice

½ banana, sliced

20g pomegranate seeds

Handful of sliced almonds

    Steps
  1. Top last slice of toast with peanut butter, banana slices, yoghurt, pomegranate seeds, and sliced almonds.
  2. Top second slice of toast with avocado slices, egg, prosciutto, yogurt, salt, pepper, and pepper flakes.
  3. Top third slice of toast with yogurt, tomato slices, salt, pepper, olive oil, and chives.
