Turkey Omelette

Ingredients

4 egg whites 
3 slices of turkey, finely chopped 
1 tomato, chopped
100 g FAGE Total Yoghurt
Low-fat grated cheese

    Steps
  1. Beat the egg whites with the yoghurt, turkey, tomato and cheese.
  2. Heat a non-stick frying pan and pour in the mixture.
  3. Lower the heat and let cook for about 3 minutes.
