Vegetable and Ham Rolls

Hamm rolls
Ingredients

1 zucchini

2 carrots

200 g cottage cheese

2 eggs

Salt and pepper

Filling:

Strained yoghurt (FAGE Total)

Arugula

Tomatoes

Cooked ham

Steps
  1. Wash the vegetables, trim the ends, peel the carrots, and finely grate everything.
    Then mix all the ingredients together until a smooth mixture forms.
  2. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated convection oven at 180 °C (350 °F) for about 25 minutes.
  3. Once the base is baked, carefully turn it out and evenly distribute the yogurt, arugula, tomatoes, and ham over it.
  4. Then roll it up – and it's ready to serve
