Yoghurt Blueberry Bagels

Greek Yogurt Blueberry Bagels
Ingredients

315 g self-rising flour 

375 g FAGE Total yoghurt (0%, 2%, 5%) 

110 g frozen blueberries 

Egg wash:

1 egg 

15 ml water 

Steps
  1. Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Thaw the frozen blueberries slightly in a paper towel–lined bowl to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the flour and FAGE Total yoghurt until a dough forms.
  4. Gently fold in the blueberries and knead lightly, adding more flour if dough is sticky.
  5. Flour a clean surface. Shape the dough into a ball, cut into 6 even pieces.
  6. Roll each into a 18 cm rope and connect the ends. Widen the center hole to about 4 cm.
  7. Place bagels on the baking sheet.
  8. Whisk egg and water; brush over bagels.
  9. Bake for 20–25 min, until golden brown.
