Yoghurt with figs poached in rosewater

Yoghurt 2 tbsp
2 cardamons seeds, crushed
2 tbsp honey
4 large figs
- Pour 250ml water, rosewater, cardamom and the honey into a large pan. Bring to the boil and simmer gently for 2 minutes.
- Add the figs and poach for about 5 minutes or until just tender.
- Serve the yoghurt topped with the figs and the syrup.
