Yoghurt, Goat cheese and Walnuts on Toast

Ingredients

200g FAGE Total

2% Yoghurt 200g fresh goat cheese

50g walnuts

4 slices of wholegrains bread (eg. rye, 100% wholemeal flour, etc.)

4 tsp of honey

¼ cucumber, cubed

    Steps
  1. Put the yoghurt, the goat cheese and the walnuts in a blender and mix together. Toast the bread slices on both sides and spread with the Yoghurt-cheese mix. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the cucumber
