Yoghurt & Lime Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

145 g FAGE Total 0%, 2%, 5% 

Zest of 1 lime

1 lime, juiced

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 garlic cloves, roughly chopped

15 g fresh cilantro, washed and destemmed

2 tablespoons honey, agave, or maple syrup

3 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon black pepper

Red pepper flakes to taste

4 skinless chicken breasts, cut into cubes

    Steps
  1. Add yoghurt, lime zest, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cilantro, honey, salt, and pepper to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. In a large bowl, pour marinade over the chicken making sure marinade covers all the pieces of chicken. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and place into the fridge. Marinate at least 2 hours to overnight.
