Yogurt Quiche


8 eggs, beaten
1 ½ cups FAGE Total 0%
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 pack of fresh spinach, coarsely chopped 
Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. In a large bowl, mix eggs, yoghurt, cheese and spinach until well incorporated and pour into a pan.
  3. Bake for 45-50 minutes until the center is firm. Cool for 10 minutes before serving, add salt and pepper to taste.
