Chocolate Creme Brulee

A twist on a classic vanilla brulee, the chocolate adds richness but the yoghurt cuts through this to produce a light dessert.

150g FAGE Total
500ml double cream
8 egg yolks
100g sugar
100g chocolate, plain or milk

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Bring the yoghurt and double cream gently to the boil and remove from heat.
  2. Separate the eggs.
  3. Melt the chocolate and add to the boiled cream.
  4. Mix the egg yolks with the sugar and pour over the cream mixture.
  5. Return to the heat and stir until the mixture is thick. Do not boil.
  6. Take off the heat and pour into 6 ramekin moulds.
  7. Chill and glaze with sugar.
