This privacy policy is issued on behalf of FAGE so when we mention “FAGE”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this notice, we are referring to FAGE which is responsible for processing your data. For the purposes of this FAGE UK Website, the GDPR and the DPA, FAGE UK Limited is the controller.

Who do we share your information with?
As part of the FAGE group, we may share your personal data within the FAGE group and with selected third parties in the circumstances described below.
Third Party Service Providers. We may share your personal data with selected third parties, including our service providers, analytics providers, advertisers and advertising networks, social media networks, and search engine providers in connection with hosting or operating the FAGE UK Website, analysing data and providing advertising services. We require all third parties to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. As noted above, we share your personal data within the FAGE group and to select third parties. Given the location of FAGE’s international group companies and such third parties, your personal data may be transferred outside the United Kingdom.

You will not have to pay a fee to access your personal data (or to exercise any of the other rights). However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we could refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.
We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or if you have made a number of requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.
