Healthy Fruit Cake

A healthy fruit cake filled with nuts, sultanas, apples, prunes and lots of spices.

This recipe for our low sugar cake uses natural sugars from the various fruits that are packed into it. Using FAGE Total Yoghurt produces a soft and moist fruit cake that goes perfectly with a cuppa.

3 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
50g ground almonds
100g walnuts
150g sultanas
2 apples peeled, quartered & finely chopped
