Pistachio Frosting

Tea time cakes should always be special, so liven up a plain cup cake with a yoghurt and pistcahio icing.

300g icing sugar
6 cup cakes
25g pistachios, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Mix the yoghurt, ground pistachios and icing sugar together.
  2. Spoon over the cupcakes and sprinkle with chopped pistachios.
