Banana bread

Ingredients

For the bread:

180 g FAGE Total yoghurt
4 bananas
30 ml maple syrup 
280 g 00 flour 
16 g or 1 sachet of baking powder 
3 eggs
80 g dried fruit mix

    Steps
  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C
  2. After peeling and cutting the bananas, mash them with a fork in a medium-sized bowl.
  3. Add the maple syrup, yoghurt, eggs and mix. Add the flour and baking powder and mix until you get a smooth dough.
  4. Fry the walnuts in a pan until golden and add them to the mixture. Pour everything into a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  5. Bake for 50 minutes at 170°C or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out clean.
  6. Remove them from the oven and leave to cool. Then cut the bread into slices and serve.
